My Professional Massage and Spa services are for women only.
Our time is valuable. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. My desire is to be effective and fair to all clients. With this in mind, the following policies are honored:
- 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else in need of treatment to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% the price of the scheduled service.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Sessions begin and end as close to scheduled times as possible. I make every effort to give your full time of massage, however if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, you I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
- No-shows: No Call or Text and simply not showing up to a scheduled appointment are a "no show" and will be charged the total amount for their “missed” appointment.
- If you have prepaid for the service and do not give 24 hour notice, fees will be applied to your missed appointment based on when or if you gave notice to needing to cancel or reschedule. After fees are processed, any remainder of pre-paid payment will be in the form of a store credit for future services.
If you have a cold, virus, skin rash, anything contagious – please reschedule your appointment.
Please do not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your session.
Be clean, having showered the same day as the treatment.
For your comfort, do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours before to the treatment.
